Have you ever had a string of events happen in a way that seemed special or not of the ordinary? This is known as "synchronicity".
These moments happen when you are on the right path.
Ji Seongmin had never originally been involved in the music business, instead working for many years as a marketing manager at a small IT company after completing his studies. However, he had been incredibly passionate about K-pop since S.E.S.'s debut and was fascinated by it. He had always secretly harbored the desire to one day gain a foothold in the industry and form great groups that could inspire and empower people. After his father's death in 2017, he decided to finally do what truly fulfilled him and invested his entire inheritance in founding a small entertainment company.
He had a vision of giving artists who had been overlooked by large companies a stage - talents who might not be perfect, but were genuine. But without experience, contacts, or strategic knowledge of the industry, SYNC Entertainment struggled to survive from the start. Valkyrie was not only his first project, but also his great hope, which is why he invested everything he had left in their debut. It wasn't enough for everything, but at least it covered a few things. He hired a few experienced freelancers for management, promotion, and technology to prepare for the debut, but when the money ran out, they left one by one. Only Seongmin remained after Valkyrie's unsuccessful debut - and yet he vowed not to abandon Valkyrie, no matter what happened. After all, he had promised them all that he would make their dreams come true.
